Always read the small print in documents
How many financial institutions send you a brief summary of the terms in bold type, with an accompanying booklet on much smaller typeface? Take it from us; the key clauses are always in the small print. So always read them.

Tread carefully at auctions
If you are buying a property at auction, go and look at it first. Always ask your solicitor to read through the legal pack. Above all, make sure that you have your finance arranged. That's where we can help (just one call can make all the difference).
