A Message From Our Chairman
I intensely disliked having to go to a bank or other financial institution, as I found the overall atmosphere distant and unfriendly. I wanted to change this and as a consequence set up B. M. Samuels and Co. in 1965. The idea was to provide finance in a totally different way with the emphasis on speed, integrity and friendliness.
My aim was to provide a service for traders and professionals who required urgent funding to enable them to be one step ahead of their competitors.
The business grew and broadened its horizons to include not only bridging finance, but also funding for conversions, refurbishments and developments.
We have an excellent reputation for providing incredibly quick decisions and delivering loans within extremely tight deadlines. I am particularly proud that what I started over 40 years ago, in providing a reliable and friendly service, continues today.
